The MCA is hereby presenting, for national consultation, its proposed decision on the wholesale markets for the provision of voice call termination on individual public telephone networks provided at a fixed location in Malta.
 
This is in accordance with the EU Regulatory Framework of electronic communications networks and services.
 
The consultation period shall run from the 4th of December 2013 to the 17th of January 2014.
