Malta Communications Authority Publishes Annual Report and Financial Statements 2023

 

The Malta Communications Authority is pleased to announce the release of its Annual Report and Financial Statements for 2023. This comprehensive report highlights key achievements, regulatory developments, and the Authority’s ongoing commitment to promoting a robust and secure communications environment in Malta.

The MCA remains dedicated to adapting and responding to the dynamic needs of the communications sector while upholding its mission to foster innovation and safeguard consumer interests.  The report also emphasises the Authority’s significant efforts in enforcing the European Union’s Digital Services Act and regulating the evolving digital services landscape. It also highlights the MCA's proactive engagement in both national and international policy discussions throughout the year.
