2024: MCA Business Perception Survey - Electronic Communication Services
The MCA is publishing the findings from two business perception surveys. These surveys were designed to assess the changes in end-users’ needs and to evaluate how Maltese service providers adapt to dynamic market demands. The fieldwork was carried out between January and February 2024. The first survey, referred to as the main survey, targeted all businesses, including micro, small, medium, and large enterprises, and had a sample size of 400 business respondents. The second survey, referred to as the booster survey, excluded micro enterprises from the sample and included more medium and large-sized businesses. The booster survey consisted of 150 business respondents. The aim of the survey is to assess trends in businesses’ use of electronic communication services, ensure the affordability of ECS, and to evaluate the end-users’ levels of satisfaction, among other areas which are investigated in the business perception survey.
